Overview

ACS and TR-069 Device Management provides detail management and monitoring for field devices thru CWMP. Take advantage of data model from TR-069 to control devices. Offers a number of useful features that originate from the experience we’ve gained over than a decade in the device management area.



Features

    Administration
  • Device Registration – Provides a feature to associate devices with a Scope Group and bound for a specific Customer. Devices not in the group are not allowed to connect to ACS.
  • Device Info View – The current device status, including manufacturing data and highlighted device parameters.
  • Device Data Model View – Provides a structured tree to browse detailed TR-069 data model of a device.
  • Device Reports – The reporting capability supports to generate report with highlighted parameters for a single device. Support to export report in popular TXT, CVS and XLSX file format.
  • Search, Filters, Sorting – Simple UI navigation tools help to search and browse devices efficiently.
  • Banned List – Provides the feature to reject CPE communication request to ACS.
  • Provisioning – Provides Rule-based Configurations to allow administrator to schedule specific operations for single or entire connected devices. Very useful for operator to initialize connected devices, issue OTA firmware upgrade and collect device data.
  • Grouping – Allow administrators to group connected devices by importing SN/IMEI or manually selecting, and then perform specific operations on the group.
  • Summary Reports – The reporting capability supports to generate summary view of report for all devices based on selected parameter items. Support to export report in popular TXT, CVS and XLSX file format.
  • Event Logging – Provides detailed CWMP transaction logs for each device. Very helpful for administrator to identify issues in communication or problems encountered by the ACS while managing the CPEs.
  • User Management – Provides account management for GUI logging and grant permission and expiration date to the account. Scopes design restricts user can only manage part of devices.
  • Extensible Management Interface – Northbound Interface (NBI) provides RESTful APIs and allows external systems to operate the ACS management.
  • Customer Care GUI – A simple and comprehensive overview of a device status for Care Center to diagnose CPEs thru Logs Upload, Firmware Upgrade , Reboot or Factory Default.
